A lie is not sustainable

We have passed the point of sustainability. What is there to sustain?

88% of Americans are dealing with diet-related disease and sickness.

This is not sustainable.

We are suffering epidemics of loneliness, addiction, anxiety and depression.

This is not sustainable.

Are we trying to sustain a broken way of eating, feeling, thinking and living?

Are we trying to sustain a culture built on consumerism, comparison and competition?

What we desperately need is a REVIVAL and a RESURRECTION of truth and love that flows into every area of our lives, starting with our own being.

We need men and women who will go first in creating spaces of rest, where we can remember who we are and how we are naturally designed to healthy, whole, holy, kind, good, patient, faithful, gentle, self-controlled and full of hope, joy, wisdom, truth and love.

The system is broken from the top down to the bottom up. The health of human beings was not designed by a system, therefore it is not designed to be maintained or sustained by a system.

Health starts with truth and with a conversation that must replace the vapid amounts of fragmented information that we are exposed to on a daily basis.

Your health matters because you matter. Every human being matters. We have to stop trying to hack our health and remember how to encourage, inspire, nourish and help our spirits, hearts, minds, bodies and relationships be healthy.

Aren’t we ready to stop distracting, deflecting and denying the truth that sits below our bad habits, our food addiction and our unwillingness to look at ourselves and ask some honest questions about who we are, what we believe and what we are doing to our own selves.

Join me as we take back the responsibility for our own health, and we remember what health looks like, feels like, tastes like and sounds like. Remember Truth is sustainable because truth sustains itself.

Your invited to a real conversation about the real reasons you are suffering diet-related disease and sickness.

Fed a Lie.
