Strengthen Emotional Health

Things you can do today to immediately improve your emotional and mental health, and also your physical, spiritual and relational health. 😁💁🏼‍♀️you know because it’s all interconnected, interrelated and interdependent.

Many of us are suffering the cumulative effects of poor nourishment and living on empty. The results can be depression, anxiety and many other types of diet-related disease and sickness. The following list is the most basic things we can do right now to strengthen our health.

1.Turn off all technology and Go outside!
-Breathe deeply-inhale and exhale this gift of life
-Listen to the sounds
-Ask questions about the lilies and birds
-Look around and be nourished by the sights, sounds, rhythm, flow, trust and rest of Nature’s creatures and creation.
-Move freely

  1. Hydrate yourself.
    -Drink water and green tea AND stop drinking soft drinks and alcohol.
  2. Eat fiber
    -Eat to strengthen health
    -Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains AND stop eating fast food, junk food, and C.R.A.P.
  3. Go to bed
    -Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
    -Try to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time every night and ever day.
  4. Be a Friend
    -Find a person and meet with them on a regular basis. Be honest with them. Share your heart, tell your story and let someone in.
  5. Help someone
    -Move to give your time, talents and truths to love and encourage others. Make a meal, write a card and love your neighbor.

I believe it is when we “Practice The Basics,” we are doing the works of a faith and showing gratitude.
