The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not be in want of Truth, Hope, Joy, Grace, Mercy. Compassion, Empathy, Wonder, Awe, Passion, Creativity, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Gentleness, Faithfulness, Self-control, Courage, Encouragement, Inspiration, Nourishment, Help, Thanksgiving, Wisdom, Protection, Care, Beauty and Love for God, Love for myself and Love for my neighbor-Both creature and creation.
Because I receive these gifts, I can give these gifts. The question is do you want them? Have you asked? Have you created the space to receive these gifts by just showing any need or want of them? Or are you already full of other wants?
The truth is that we cannot even possibly understand that these wants are waiting for us and they are actually everything we need to live a life that has darkness and light, sorrows and celebrations, sadness and happiness, ordinary and extraordinary seasons and moments of pain, rejoicing, guilt, forgiveness, valleys, still waters and green pastures.
