What Do We Know?

We know how to diet but we have forgotten how we naturally designed to be healthy.

We know how workout but we have forgotten how we are naturally designed to move.

We know how to be busy but we have forgotten how to be still.

We know how to consume but we have forgotten how to give or receive life’s gifts.

We know how to compete but we have forgotten how to participate.

We know how to get results but we have forgotten how to just practice.

We know how to treat disease but we have forgotten how to prevent it.

We don’t know what we need because we have everything we want.

We don’t know what we need because we have everything we want.

We overshare, over consume and we are overly dependent because we are not receiving the love and truth we need to be full, satiated and set free.

Stop this cycle of handing your spirit, heart, mind and body to an industry, institution or “expert” that has absolutely no relationship with you. They don’t know you and they don’t care about any part of you that doesn’t profit them. You don’t need someone to tell you what to do. Believe it or not but we know what to do, even if it’s buried…we know when we are loving ourselves well and when we’re not loving ourselves well.

No doubt, we get tangled up in places and with people who do not want to see us healthy. This is why we desperately need to be in relationships with people who love us and know us , and want to help us remember truth and remember what love feels like, looks like, taste like, sounds like and smells like. Only in a community where we are known and accepted can we remember who we are and how we are designed to be healthy and be given the things we need to become our best selves.
